Hi there! I’m Stephanie, and my goal is to transform your life. As a certified health & wellness coach, I am skilled in the area of behavior change. I work with clients to promote their autonomy, hold themselves accountable, and create small action steps towards their goals. These small steps add up to big changes!
I have a BS in Psychology and an MA in Health & Wellness Coaching. After spending time working for nonprofits serving young families, I began to see the value in coaching parents to become autonomous as caregivers. They were more likely to make the changes they sought and feel pride in their accomplishments afterwards. This ultimately let me to health & wellness coaching.
I specialize in the perinatal stage of a woman’s journey. I work with expecting, new, and seasoned moms who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, gastrointestinal distress and fatigue, among others. There are a lot of variables that contribute to the way we feel, and my goal is to help you find answers and take actions steps to get you back to your old self. I am the mother of 2 and have been there myself! I understand the frustrations and obstacles that come with living with these symptoms and trying to be present for your child(ren). But, believe me when I say, there is hope!
